Is it compatible with my phone?

There shouldn’t be any issues with connecting to your phone as long as your operating system Android or iOS is updated to the version Android 5.1 or above, or iOS 8.0 and above.

Can I make/answer calls?

This model does not support the Bluetooth calling function. You can find models that have this feature HERE.

Is it compatible with Strava?

This model is not compatible with Strava.

Can I buy replacement straps?

Yes, you can replace the strap with any 20mm width. You can find straps compatible with this model HERE.

Can I use it without a phone?

You can, however you will not be able to use all the features without connecting to the DaFit app through Bluetooth on your phone.

Is it waterproof?

This model has an IPX7 water-resistant rating, which means it can be submerged up to 1 meter in water for 30 minutes. However, we do not recommend this watch for swimming as chlorine water and prolonged exposure may damage the watch.

How do I set time and date on the watch?

Please sync the smartwatch with your phone using the Dafit App. Make sure your Bluetooth is turned on. The time and date will update automatically once your watch is connected to your smartphone.

How long is the battery life?

The working time is 3-7 days, however this depends highly on the usage. Please note, that battery life improves overtime.

How do I get notifications working on the watch?

Please make sure the notifications are allowed for the app but also in your mobile settings for individual apps. Do not disturb mode must be off on both mobile and watch itself. You can also reset the watch completely, which will erase all data and will ask you to link the watch back again. Make sure you reset and not just restart. The reset button can be found in the settings of the watch itself.

Why does the watch automatically disconnect when the Android screen goes out?

Reset your smartwatch and reinstall the app. When the app process is cleared, the smartwatch will be disconnected from the mobile phone. Set App self-startup. Unrestricted background operation. The mobile phone installed with App intelligently restricts the background operation by default, and App should be set manually without any restriction.
