General information

Any Unsuitable Items will be accepted for Exchange or Refund (Excluding Special Offers) within 14 days of receiving your order only if returned in Original Packaging and Tags still attached, unused and accompanied by a copy of the Order Packing Slip. If the item has been heavily used, and connected to your device, please note there will be a £5.00 restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund (if you fall out of the 14 days return period). The Customer will be liable for the Return Postage Costs.

Additionally, the Money Back Guarantee does NOT apply to international orders or sale items. If you are entitled to replacement, refund or store credit, the item has to be returned to our main warehouse in the UK by using our return portal and the correct return address. If 14 Days period has passed, we are no longer able to offer Money Back Guarantee. Please note, if you wish to receive a full refund outside this period, the product must be unused and unopened. After 14 days (within 30 days)

If you change your mind after 14 days and still within the 30 day period of receiving the product, and the product is unused & unopened, you are entitled to return the product for a full refund/exchange. If the item has been opened, used, and connected to your device, please note there will be a £5.00 restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund. If the item is faulty you are entitled to return the product for a replacement/refund. For more information contact us at [email protected].

Beyond this, for a period of 6 months from receipt of the goods, they are entitled to a repair or replacement, and to a full refund if either of these options fail.

Return postage costs

If the product becomes faulty within 30 days, please contact us at [email protected] for the return details. The shipping costs will be covered by Smartwatch for Less. If ordering from outside the UK, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs for return.

No Refunds or Exchanges will be sent until Smartwatch For Less receive the Original Purchase, it is advised to use Recorded Delivery as proof of Postage/Delivery. We recommend keeping the original packaging for a minimum of 30 days.

If the customer provides an untruthful reason for the return or will damage the item Smartwatch For Less Ltd reserves the full right for issuing a partial refund. Every product is tested and checked prior to dispatch. None of the items has been used or come scratched.

How to return?

To return your product, you must email us at [email protected] so that we may provide you with further instructions on the return process. Please note that the customer is responsible for returning the product within 14 days of receiving the return details.

When returning an item, make sure you have proof of purchase, such as your confirmation email. The item (and any free items that came with the product) will also need to be:

  • – unused (this does not apply to items if the issue appears after longer usage)
  • – in original packaging with all its contents (smartwatch, charger, manual all in the Smartwatch box, if any of the contents are missing, deductions may apply)
  • – in a resaleable condition (foil on the screen)
  • – clean (deductions may apply)
  • – please include the Order number & Return ID

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection. If you paid on a card, refunds can take up to 7 days to appear back in your account. PayPal refunds can take up to 30 days.

If your return fails to meet any of the above conditions, we may, in our discretion, refuse to accept it or charge you a restocking fee of up to 15% of the original price.

Unhygienic conditions

We do not accept returns of earphones or smart watches that have been used in unhygienic conditions, such as with earwax or other bodily fluids. This policy is in place to protect the health and safety of our employees and other customers.


Exchanges are dependent on current stock levels. If we’re unable to offer an exchange, we can process a refund via the original payment method or issue store credit. Please note, a customer is eligible for one replacement only.

Warranty programme

Once the item has been used or passed the statutory 30-day return period, the manufacturer warranty can be claimed if the item is faulty and not damaged by water or accidental damage. 

Every product is subject to our 14-day money-back guarantee scheme. Please note, the Money Back Guarantee does NOT apply to international orders. We do NOT cover accidental damage, cosmetic damage, loss, or theft. If 14 days have passed, the product is subject to a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty, which covers the watch. This does not include the watch strap or the battery. This does not include accidental damage. If the product breaks down during this time, the product must be returned. We will send the product to the manufacturer to fix the issue which can take up to 60 days. If the issue cannot be fixed, store credit will be offered.

This warranty does not apply: (a) to consumable parts, such as batteries, straps (bands) or protective coatings that are designed to diminish over time, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship; (b) to cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents and broken plastic on ports unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship; (c) to damage caused by use with a third party component or product that does not meet the Smartwatch For Less’s specifications under the technical specifications for each product and also available in stores); (d) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, fire, liquid contact, earthquake or other external cause; (e) to damage caused by operating the outside the user manual, the technical specifications or other Product published guidelines; (f) to damage caused by service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone who is not a representative of Smartwatch For Less or Smartwatch For Less Authorized Service Provider (“AASP”); (g) to an Product that has been modified to alter functionality or capability without the written permission of Smartwatch For Less; (h) to defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the Smartwatch For Less Product; (i) if any serial number has been removed or defaced from the Product; or (j) if Smartwatch For Less receives information from relevant public authorities that the product has been stolen or if you are unable to deactivate passcode-enabled or other security measures designed to prevent unauthorized access to the Product, and you cannot prove in any way that you are the authorized user of the product (eg. by presenting proof of purchase).

This returns policy does not affect the customer’s statutory rights.


Please do not fully rely on this smartwatch. It is technology, and like any other tech or human, it can make mistakes. Please note that a smartwatch does not replace the position of any doctor. Always seek the final and superior advice of your doctor. The watches are water-resistant but we are not responsible for damage caused by water. 


You are solely responsible for determining the compatibility of the products and services with any required equipment (e.g. ensuring that you are using a compatible mobile device). The customer agrees that lack of compatibility does not constitute a defect giving rise to a claim under our Manufacturer’s Warranty.
