At Smartwatch for Less, we strive to provide you with the best products and service possible. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your smartwatch purchase, we are here to assist you with our Returns and
Exchange process.
Return and Exchange Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
- Timeframe: You can return or exchange your smartwatch within 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer a return or exchange. Please see our Warranty policy for faulty items after 30 days.
- Condition of Product: The smartwatch must be in new, unused, and unaltered condition, with all original packaging, accessories, and tags included. Products that show signs of use or are missing components may not be eligible for return or exchange.
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid proof of purchase (e.g. order number, receipt, or invoice) to initiate a return or exchange.
- Excluded Items: Some items may not be eligible for return or exchange, including; Gift cards, Opened or used accessories (e.g., straps, chargers, etc.), Personalized or custom products
If your return fails to meet any of the above conditions, we may, at our discretion, refuse to accept it or charge you a restocking fee of up to 15% of the original price.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To begin the return or exchange process, please follow these steps:
- Visit our Returns Centre or contact customerservice@smartwatchforless.com within 30 days of receiving your smartwatch.
Provide your order number, the reason for the return/exchange, and whether you’d like a refund or an exchange. - Return Authorization: After reviewing and approving your request, we will send a confirmation email and provide instructions on how to send the smartwatch back. The product must be returned within 14 days of receiving the return details
- Shipping: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or was sent in error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to return the item and insure the shipment for the product’s value.
- Inspection: Once we receive your returned smartwatch, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our eligibility requirements. If everything is in order, we will process your return or exchange.
Refunds
Once your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).
- Refunds may take 5-10 business days to process, depending on your payment method and bank processing times.
Exchanges
If you prefer to exchange your smartwatch for a different model, colour, or size, please follow the same steps as for a return. Once we receive your returned smartwatch and approve it, we will send out the replacement item at no extra cost (if it is a valid exchange).
Important: If there is a price difference between the original and new product, you will either need to pay the difference or receive a refund, depending on the situation.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your smartwatch is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately at customerservice@smartwatchforless.com or Visit the Returns Centre with photos of the damaged or defective item and your order number. We will provide a prepaid return label and arrange for a replacement or full refund.
Warranty
Our smartwatches come with a 6 month warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, accidents, or wear and tear. If your smartwatch is under warranty and develops a fault, please contact us for assistance in arranging a repair or replacement.
This warranty does not apply: (a) to consumable parts, such as batteries, straps (bands) or protective coatings that are designed to diminish over time, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship; (b) to cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents and broken plastic on ports unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship; (c) to damage caused by use with a third party component or product that does not meet the Smartwatch For Less’s specifications under the technical specifications for each product and also available in stores); (d) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, fire, liquid contact, earthquake or other external cause; (e) to damage caused by operating the outside the user manual, the technical specifications or other Product published guidelines; (f) to damage caused by service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone who is not a representative of Smartwatch For Less or Smartwatch For Less Authorized Service Provider (“AASP”); (g) to an Product that has been modified to alter functionality or capability without the written permission of Smartwatch For Less; (h) to defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the Smartwatch For Less Product; (i) if any serial number has been removed or defaced from the Product; or (j) if Smartwatch For Less receives information from relevant public authorities that the product has been stolen or if you are unable to deactivate passcode-enabled or other security measures designed to prevent unauthorized access to the Product, and you cannot prove in any way that you are the authorized user of the product (eg. by presenting proof of purchase).
Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened or used accessories (e.g., earbuds, replacement straps, Screen Protectors chargers, etc.)
- Gift Cards

DISCLAIMER
Please do not fully rely on this smartwatch. It is technology, and like any other tech or human, it can make mistakes. Please note that a smartwatch does not replace the position of any doctor. Always seek the final and superior advice of your doctor. The watches are water-resistant but we are not responsible for damage caused by water.
COMPATIBILITY
You are solely responsible for determining the compatibility of the products and services with any required equipment (e.g. ensuring that you are using a compatible mobile device). The customer agrees that lack of compatibility does not constitute a defect giving rise to a claim under our Manufacturer’s Warranty.
