Returns & Warranty Policy

At Smartwatch for Less, we strive to provide you with the best products and service possible. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you with our Returns and Warranty process.

Returns: Changed Your Mind?

You can return your item within 14 days of receiving it if you’ve changed your mind. Please read the conditions below to understand how your refund will be processed:

  • Full Refund: The item must be unused and unopened, or have only the seal broken (but no other packaging removed).
  • Partial Refund: If any packaging has been removed, such as screen protector, charging cable wrap, or internal covers, a £5 restocking fee will apply.
  • Repackaging Fee: If the packaging is damaged (e.g. broken box), a 25% repackaging fee will apply.
  • No Refund: If the item itself is damaged or if any items are missing (e.g. charger, straps), we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

Please ensure the item is returned in its original condition to avoid any deductions. All returns must include the original box and accessories.

Once your return has been approved, items must be posted back to us within 14 calendar days.

Faulty Items

If your item arrives faulty or not working as expected, we’re here to help:

Within 30 Days
  • You are entitled to a refund or replacement.
  • You must provide photographic or video evidence of the fault.
After 30 Days (Up to 6 Months)
  • Your item is covered by our 6-month warranty (smartwatches, smart bands, and smart rings only).
  • Accessories (straps, chargers, earbuds) are not covered under warranty.
  • Sufficient photo/video evidence is required.
  • Our team will inspect the issue and, if the product cannot be repaired, we will offer a replacement or store credit.

Please note: Warranty does not cover accidental damage, water damage (unless stated as waterproof), loss, or theft.

Once your return has been approved, please post the item back to us within 14 calendar days. We will provide a prepaid return label.


How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To begin the return or exchange process, please follow these steps:

  1. Visit our Returns Centre or contact customerservice@smartwatchforless.com.
    Provide your order number, the reason for the return/exchange, and whether you’d like a refund or an exchange.
  2. Return Authorization: After reviewing and approving your request, we will send a confirmation email and provide instructions on how to send the smartwatch back. The product must be returned within 14 days of receiving the return details
  3. Shipping: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or was sent in error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to return the item and insure the shipment for the product’s value.
  4. Inspection: Once we receive your returned smartwatch, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our eligibility requirements. If everything is in order, we will process your return or exchange.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).
  • Refunds may take 5-10 business days to process, depending on your payment method and bank processing times.

Exchanges

If you prefer to exchange your smartwatch for a different model, colour, or size, please follow the same steps as for a return. Once we receive your returned smartwatch and approve it, we will send out the replacement item at no extra cost (if it is a valid exchange).

Important: If there is a price difference between the original and new product, you will either need to pay the difference or receive a refund, depending on the situation.

Warranty

Our smartwatches, smart rings and smart bands come with a 6 month warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, accidents, or wear and tear. If your smartwatch is under warranty and develops a fault, please contact us for assistance in arranging a repair or replacement.

This warranty does not apply: (a) to consumable parts, such as batteries, straps (bands) or protective coatings that are designed to diminish over time, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship; (b) to cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents and broken plastic on ports unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship; (c) to damage caused by use with a third party component or product that does not meet the Smartwatch For Less’s specifications under the technical specifications for each product and also available in stores); (d) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, fire, liquid contact, earthquake or other external cause; (e) to damage caused by operating the outside the user manual, the technical specifications or other Product published guidelines; (f) to damage caused by service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone who is not a representative of Smartwatch For Less or Smartwatch For Less Authorized Service Provider (“AASP”); (g) to an Product that has been modified to alter functionality or capability without the written permission of Smartwatch For Less; (h) to defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the Smartwatch For Less Product; (i) if any serial number has been removed or defaced from the Product; or (j) if Smartwatch For Less receives information from relevant public authorities that the product has been stolen or if you are unable to deactivate passcode-enabled or other security measures designed to prevent unauthorized access to the Product, and you cannot prove in any way that you are the authorized user of the product (eg. by presenting proof of purchase).

Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened or used accessories (e.g., earbuds, replacement straps, Screen Protectors chargers, etc.)
  • Gift Cards

DISCLAIMER

Please do not fully rely on this smartwatch. It is technology, and like any other tech or human, it can make mistakes. Please note that a smartwatch does not replace the position of any doctor. Always seek the final and superior advice of your doctor. The watches are water-resistant but we are not responsible for damage caused by water. 

COMPATIBILITY

You are solely responsible for determining the compatibility of the products and services with any required equipment (e.g. ensuring that you are using a compatible mobile device). The customer agrees that lack of compatibility does not constitute a defect giving rise to a claim under our Manufacturer’s Warranty.
