To set up your Smartwatch, simply download and install the Keep Health app to your iPhone or Android and follow the on-screen instructions.
- Use the links above, use the QR code on your watch, or simply search for ‘Keep Health app’ in your app store to start download
- Once downloaded, open the app and input your information as prompted
- Allow permissions as prompted
- Swipe to the device screen within the app and select ‘ Add New Device’. Allow all permissions and allow Bluetooth.
- Your watch will appear in the list, tap to connect.
- Customise your settings with personalised notifications, bespoke fitness goals and design preferences
- All done – you’re ready to go!
