To measure your ring size, you will need a piece of string and ruler.

Simply wrap the string around the base of your finger, making sure it is snug but not too tight.

Mark the spot where the string overlaps and measure the length using a ruler. This measurement in millimetres corresponds to your ring size below.

For example if the string length is 18.2mm, then you will need a Ring Size 8.

To set up your Smart Ring, simply download and install the QRing app to your iPhone or Android and follow the on-screen instructions. 

  1. Use the links above or simply search for ‘QRing app’ in your app store to start download 
  2. Once downloaded, open the app and input your information as prompted
  3. Allow permissions as prompted
  4. Swipe to the device screen within the app and select ‘ Add New Device’. Allow all permissions and allow Bluetooth. 
  5. Your smart Ring will appear in the list, tap to connect. 
  6. Customise your settings with personalised notifications, bespoke fitness goals and design preferences 
  7. All done – you’re ready to go!
